This is the November 2014 rework of an e-learning Straetgey revised in the light of the FELTAG reccomendations and BIS response.
This is a discussion paper by me about the themes in FELTAG/BIS and the context of contemporary e-leanring practice and its development in the short term. The ideas is to provoke discussion about the context in which these themes must operate. It is also a useful discussion paper on where e-learning is and may be going in the short term.
This presenation is shown here as a PDF. It illustrates themes that have come form the FELTAG and BIS response. It isn't a full story becasue it is illustrative rathen instructional but still offer pictoral insight into the ideas.
